Phila.: Re-printed, and Sold by B. Franklin, and D. Hall, 1757. 1st American ed. viii,111,[1]; [section title]. PIKE, Joseph. An Epistle to the National Meeting of Friends, in Dublin, Concerning Good Order and Discipline in the Church], 3-23 pp.

"This 1757 Philadelphia printing was undertaken by the overseers of the press on behalf of the Society of Friends. ... The writings of Barclay and Pike are here considered together because the signatures are continuous, though apparently because of the differing pagination in the two pamphlets, Hildebrand, Evans, and Campbell treated them as separate entities"-Miller.
