Rare; Miller locates only 5 copies. This is not to be confused with the much more Common Miller 598. Jones contributed ten pounds. This was accomplished on February 16, 1760
Miller lists only 5 known examples.
The certificate acknowledging a contribution of ten pounds to the hospital Franklin had raised the money for and whose founding notes his press had printed (Catalog II). Not to be confused with the common Miller 598: Miller locates only five copies of this form.
